Lasagna
- Ingredients:
5 Sweet Italian Sausages
1 lb Lasagna Noodles
1 lb Spinach, cut in small pieces
2 lbs Ricotta Cheese
4 Eggs
¾ tsp Nutmeg
¾ tsp Pepper
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 C Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 ½ tsp Onion Powder
1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 ½ tsp Dried Basil
1 ½ tsp Dried Oregano
2 C Mozzarella, shredded
20 oz Red Sauce for layering
26 oz Red Sauce for side serve
- Directions:
- Cook Italian sausage and slice. Add to Serving sauce (26
oz) and set aside. Cook lasagna noodles as directed on
package. Meanwhile, mix the spinach, ricotta, eggs,
parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg, onion powder, garlic
powder, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, basil and oregano.

- Mix until well blended. Pour 4oz of sauce on bottom of a
13x9 pan. Layer noodles, cheese mix and then sauce.
Repeat 3 times. Finish with remaining mozzarella cheese.

- Cook at 350° for 35 minutes covered in foil. Remove foil
and cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let set for 10
minutes. Serve.
