Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Melt butter is small skillet, sauté diced onions in butter until very tender. Mix in garlic, pepper and seasoning salt. Place crabmeat in a medium bowl. Add onion/garlic mixture. Mix in parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, seasoning salt and Old Bay seasoning. Add water a little at a time to help make filling stick together. Do not make it too moist. Stuff mushroom caps with filling. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay and bake at 350 until filling is golden brown and crusty, about 15 minutes.
