Day 1
- Cover whole pickles with boiling water. Let stand 1
day.
Day 2
- 4 - Drain. Repeat steps from
Day 1.
Day 5
- Drain. Slice pickles in ½ inch pieces. Combine
sugar, salt, vinegar and pickling spices. Bring to a
boil. Pour over pickles. Let stand 2 days.
Day 7
- Bring pickles and syrup to a boil. Put in jars and
seal.
