Pork Chops in Cider

Ingredients:
  • 4 Porkchops, boneless
  • 2 - 4 cups Apple Cider
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Onion Powder
  • Directions:
Heat a frying pan on high and brown porkchops on both sides. Lower heat to medium-high. Pour a little of the apple cider over the porkchops to make them wet. Sprinkle salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and onion powder to taste. Add the apple cider to the pan til it just comes over the top of the porkchops.
After apple cider begins to bubble, lower temperature to simmer. Cover. Let simmer for one (1) hour.
