Nan's Tuna Burgers
- Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna in water -- drained
- 1 large egg -- beaten
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs -- Italian seasoned
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup half and half
- Directions:
- Mix all ingredients, except add cream slowly just enough
until the mix is moist and will hold together in burger
shape. Make mix into patties of desired size and fry in
heated oil. Served with noodles and green beans - makes a
great Lenten meal that kids love.
