Turkey Burgers

Min all ingredients well, make into patties. (May need to add a little olive oil or water if meat was very lean as the burgers may be too dry.) Press chopped pecans into one side. Grill or fry until done, about 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with low-fat mayo on wheat buns (warmed) with lettuce, tomato, onion and alfalfa sprouts.
