Wrap Wontons

Ingredients:
  • Filling Mixture
  • Wonton Wrappers
  • Water
  • Directions:
    Option 1:
    Place the wrapper with a point towards you. Spoon 1 teaspoon of filling on the wrapper, just below the center. Fold the bottom point over the filling; tuck it under the filling. Roll the wrapper once, away from you, to enclose the filling; leave about 1 inch unrolled at the top of the wrapper. Moisten the right hand corner of the wrapper with a little water. Pick up the right and left hand corners of the wrapper and bring towards you, below the filling. Overlap the right and left hand corners. Press together to seal.
    Option 2:
    Place the wrapper with a point towards you. Spoon 1 teaspoon of filling on the wrapper, just below the center. Moisten the upper 2 edges of the wrapper with a little water. Fold the bottom point over the filling up to the top point. Press down to seal. Wet the 2 side corners. Bring together and seal.
